The Reasons We Can Be Strong and Courageous

能剛強壯膽的理由

Isaiah 41:10 (NIV)以賽亞書

Do not fear, for I am with you; do not be dismayed, for I am your God. I will strengthen you and help you; I will uphold you with my righteous right hand.

Introduction: David was strong and courageous. Even lions and bears fell down before his strong and courageous faith. Even a giant Philistine warrior, Goliath, fell before David, the 17-year-old youngster. This was not because David had power and strength. As the last son of Jesse, David was not the favorite child in his family. But God chose David and loved him because of his strong and courageous faith. If we fully understand our relationship to God, we can also be like David.

聖經記載:大衛是強壯勇敢的,甚至連獅子和熊都因他勇敢堅定的信心被打倒,非利士巨人哥利亞,竟然被17歲少年大衛打倒,這並不是因為大衛有力量的能力;正如大衛是耶西最小的兒子,他也不是這家最被喜愛的孩子,但是上帝撿選了他,而且愛他.他擁有堅定勇敢的信心.如果我們完全認識我們與神的關係,我們當然也能像大衛一樣。

1.    Do not fear, for I am with you.不要害怕,因為我與你同在

◉What are you looking at—fear or God?你眼中看到的是"害怕"還是看見"神與你同在"

1)     God is (Ps 91:2-6).我要論到耶和華說:祂是我的避難所,是我的山寨,是我所倚靠的             

         (1) A refuge (Ps 91:2).

          (2) God who saves (Ps 91:3)..祂救離我脫離補鳥人的手 

           (3) Reasons not to fear (Ps 91:5-7)..我不必怕黑夜的驚駭,或是白天飛的箭,或是午間滅人的毒病

2)      God is always with us—like a hen that is always with her chicks (Ps 91:4).

2.     Do not be dismayed, for I am your God.不要灰心因為我是你的上帝.

◉What is the relationship between God and me?上帝跟我有什麼關係?

1)Yahweh-Jireh (The LORD Will Provide) (Ge 22:13-14).耶和華以勒(祂必預備)

2)Yahweh-Rapha (The LORD, who heals) (Ex 15:26; 23:25; Mal 4:2).耶和華拉法(耶和華是醫冶者)

3)Yahweh-Nissi (The LORD is my Banner) (Ex 17:15-16; Ps 24:8). 耶和華尼西(耶和華是我的旌旗)

4)Yahweh-Shalom (The LORD is Peace) (Jdg 6:24; Ps 29:11; Job 22:21).耶和華沙隆(耶和華是平安)

5)Yahweh-Roi (The LORD is my shepherd) (Ps 23:1; 28:9). 耶和華路以(耶和華是我的牧者)

6) Yahweh-Tsidkenu (The LORD Our Righteousness) 耶和華齊根努(Jer 23:5-7)耶和華是我們的義

7)Yahweh-Mekadishekem (The LORD, who makes you holy) (Ex 31:13; Lev 20:8). 耶和華瑪喀底肯(耶和華是你們的成聖者)

8)Yahweh-Sammah (THE LORD IS THERE) (Eze 48:35; Rev 21:3-4).耶和華沙瑪(耶和華的所在)

3.     I will strengthen you (2Co 4:7-10).我必堅固你

1)     I will not be surrounded (Ps 37:39-40).我必不被圍困

2)     I will not be disheartened (Ps 37:24).我必不沮喪

3)     I will not be forsaken (Ps 37:28).我必不被拋棄

4)     I will not fail (Heb 13:5-6).我必不會失敗

4.     I will help you.我必幫助你

1)        When I walk through the valley of the shadow of death—through the rod and staff (Ps 23:4).當我行過死蔭的幽谷,神的仗和竿安慰我

2)     In the presence of my enemies—a table of the choicest food (Ps 23:5).在我敵人面前為我擺設宴席

3)     God will save all humankind (Ps 103:1-5).上帝定意拯救全人類(他用美物使我所願的以知足)

5.     I will uphold you with my righteous right hand.我必用公義的右手扶持你

◉The grace of redemption on the Cross十字架上救贖的恩典

1)     A righteous hand that redeemed us from our sins (Eph 1:7; Ro 8:33).公義的手

救贖我們的罪孽

2)   The hand of power which holds us with love—a hand of forgiveness, holiness, healing, blessing, and eternal heaven (Isa 53:5; Ro 8:32). 用充滿能力的愛褓抱我們，饒恕，聖潔，醫治，祝福，直至永恆的天堂。

Conclusion: “Do not throw away your confidence; it will be richly rewarded” (Heb 10:35). We are constantly surrounded by fear and anxiety. The only way to overcome them is to have a strong and courageous heart, and we can obtain such a heart when we look to God and depend on Him. 

不要失掉我們有自信的心,懷抱信心將得到豐富的獎賞,當我們被恐懼和憂慮環繞時，  唯一克服它們的方式是要有堅定勇敢的信心，我們可以得到這樣的信心~~只要我們仰望上帝並且堅心依靠祂。

**倚靠人,隨時會改變,但倚靠創造宇宙的神,祂永不改變
